Product Toepassing

DTH-boorgereedschap wordt veel gebruikt in ondergrondse mijnbouw, steengroeven, hydraulische en waterkrachttechniek, waterputboringen, minerale exploratie, ankergatboringen, geothermische techniek, metro-uitgravingen en andere civiele techniektoepassingen. Deze gereedschappen bieden een hoge vlakheid, gladde gatenwanden, stijve boorstangen en hamers, onafhankelijke hoge axiale stuwkracht, onbeperkte boordiepte, lage apparaatkosten en eenvoudig onderhoud. Ze zijn bijzonder effectief voor het boren van gaten met diameters tussen 105 mm en 254 mm.

Belangrijkste Kenmerken
  • Button bits bieden een hoge slijtvastheid op middelharde tot harde schurende rotsformaties (200-260 Mpa druksterkte)
  • Sferische wolfraamcarbide inzetstukken bieden een sterke configuratie tegen carbidebreuk

Bit-oppervlaktypen

Concaaf: Voor middelharde en homogene rotsformaties. Biedt goede controle over gatafwijking en uitstekende spoelcapaciteit.

Convex: Voor hoge penetratiesnelheden in zachte tot middelharde formaties met lage tot gemiddelde luchtdruk. Biedt de meeste weerstand tegen staalafwas en kan de belasting en slijtage op de gauge-knoppen verminderen, hoewel met minder controle over gatafwijking.

Plat oppervlak: Geschikt voor harde tot zeer harde en schurende rotsformaties in toepassingen met hoge luchtdruk. Levert goede penetratiesnelheden en weerstand tegen staalafwas.
